How does Google Support work with a reseller?

Support for your Google Workspace subscription can be reached via multiple avenues, such as Google Workspace Help Center knowledgebase or contacting via the Google Workspace Admin Console.

Standard Support is included with your Google Workspace license. It provides support with a 4-hour service-level objective (SLO) for P1 cases. If you're interested in faster response times and additional Support services directly from Google, Enhanced or Premium Support might be a better fit for your business requirements.

What is Pooled Storage?

Google Workspace uses a shared storage system known as Pooled Storage for their Business plans, which includes an amount of storage which is shared with the whole domain across all users' My Drive and domain's Shared Drives.

The total storage can be checked from the Admin Console, in the case of storage limitations you can simply purchase additional licenses.
